Order Processing
Most of my jewellery is made to order. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be created and dispatched.

UK Delivery

• Standard delivery (2–5 working days) costs £3.55 for orders under £100.

• Orders of £100 or more get free standard delivery.

• Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable once your order has been shipped.

International Delivery

• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees.

• We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs.

Returns

• You can return most items within 14 days of receipt.

• Personalised, made-to-measure, and bespoke items cannot be returned.

• Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

Made-to-Order Items

• Some items are crafted especially for you. These will be shipped as soon as they are ready, and you will receive an email notification when your order is on its way.
