All items are made in Victoria’s workshop in Guildford, Surrey, England.

Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods as stated in our terms and conditions. Returns however cannot be accepted for personalised or bespoke items, made-to-measure products or items created specifically on request.

How long does it take to receive my order?
